Kl aku kebutuhan air minimum = 2.376 liter. Tapi kayaknya dlm 1 hari lebih dr itu deh  :-? Tp ampir tiap jam pasti ke toilet  ;D kl kayak gitu gpp kan?  :-?

Tubuh ada kemampuan buffer juga se.. hanya saja jangan berlebihan..
Tapi bro fei kan hipotensi, dulu saya pernah anjurkan Anda mengecek kadar Natrium dan Kalium, sudahkah dilakukan ? Jika terbukti memang rendah, ada baiknya Anda mengurangi konsumsi air yang berlebihan..

SEORANG WANITA KEHILANGAN PENGLIHATAN SETELAH MINUM AIR TERLALU BANYAK

Dia minum 7 liter air setiap hari dengan maksud untuk "mendetoksifikasi

dan mengurangi tekanan darahnya".

Mengira bahwa makin banyak air dia minum, akan makin baik, dia

meneruskan kebiasaannya dan hal ini berlangsung terus selama tiga bulan.

Akan tetapi bulan lalu, wanita Taiwan berusia 26 tahun ini tiba-tiba

jatuh pingsan. Ketika dia sadar kembali beberapa hari berikutnya, dia

menjadi buta, menurut laporan Apple Daily Taiwan.

Dokter mengatakan bahwa kondisi wanita tersebut diketahui sebagai

"keracunan air kronis".

Jumlah air yang dia minum lebih dari tiga kali lipat dari konsumsi air

harian yang disarankan bagi orang dewasa yang tidak banyak bergerak.

Dr. Jiang Shou Shan, yang merawatnya, mengatakan kepada Apple Daily

Taiwan bahawa pasiennya tidak memiliki penyakit pesikologis atau masalah

kesehatan lainnya, kecuali bahwa tekanan darahnya sangat menghawatirkan.

Nama wanita tersebut tidak disebutkan dalam laporan.

Dr. Jiang mengatakan, "Dia salah percaya bahwa makin banyak air dia

minum, makin banyak pula dia bisa menurunkan tekanan darahnya. Sejak

itu, selama tiga bulan, dia meminum 7 liter air setiap hari."

Dr. Jiang menambahkan pada mulanya wanita tersebut akan sering buang air

kecil, tapi setelah beberapa waktu, hal tersebut berubah menjadi

keracunan air.

Minum terlalu banyak air bisa mengakibatkan hyponatremia, suatu kondisi

dimana kadar sodium di dalam darah tidak cukup.

PEMBENGKAKAN DALAM SEL-SEL OTAK

Sebagai hasilnya, kelebihan air harus diserap oleh sel-sel tubuhnya.

Sel-sel otaknya membengkak setelah meminum air, yang mengakibatkan

tekanan yang meningkat di dalam otaknya.

Dr. Jiang menjelaskan bahwa tekanan tersebut mengakibatkan pendarahan di

dalam occipital lobe (otak besar bagian depan), yang merupakan pusat

pemrosesan visual dari otak yang berisi sebagian besar visual cortex

(lihat gambar).

Kata Dr. Jiang, "Sodium di dalam darah kita menjaga laju metabolisme sel

kita. Tetapi sekali Anda meminum terlalu banyak air, ion-ion sodium akan

berkurang, mengakibatkan otak membengkak.

Hal ini mengakibatkan tekanan dan berlanjut ke pendarahan."

Shin Min Daily mengutip pernyataan seorang dokter bahwa minum terlalu

banyak air bisa berakibat fatal.

Dokter tersebut, dari Raffles Hospital , mengatakan bahwa tubuh kita

secara konstan kehilangan air melalui keringat, buang air kecil dan air

besar atau menghembuskan nafas, diantaranya.

"Mengganti 'kehilangan air' ini adalah esensial, tetapi rehidrasi yang

berlebihan bisa mengakibatkan overdosis air yang fatal, " kata dokter.

Menurut dokter tersebut, gejala-gejala keracunan air termasuk sakit

kepala, kelelahan, hidung mampet, muntah, sering buang air kecil dan

disorientasi mental.

DRINK WATER ON EMPTY STOMACH

It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven  its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases:

Kalo ngga dibatasin bisa berabe dong..
Coba hitung, 1 bulan kemudian jadi nambah 30 x 4 gelas = 120 gelas.. :o
