talking bout british accent,i was in UK and i really had a hard time to catch what they are talking about,i once felt afraid when a woman asked me to join her pool,i scared and spontantly looked for my big sis to answer her!!

Since we are very used to American english, or may be Australian English, sometimes Singlish, then to experience British, it's really a big rock...
They are still the same, English... But, the accents are unique... Western peoples are stress when they heard Singlish.. LOL....

And for American, they love peoples speak British accent...
