kalau insomnia saya punya beberapa tips...
1. hitung domba. (kalau susah pakai kalkulator saja spt Mr.Bean  ^-^)
2. Meditasi pernapasan. Biasanya sehabis meditasi cukup rileks, dan gampang tidur (untung-untung mencapai Jhanna  ^-^)

biasa orang insomnia karena terlalu banyak pikiran sih (jadi rileks bisa membantu)~
atau gara2 tidur sore kelamaan  ^-^
