Hey ya... guys... All English lovers, how do you do? This is a great thread anyway... I love Singlish too.... They way it sounds brings inspiration of English to me....

 [at]  June, yes, that's undoubtedly correct for a conversation, however if we write a letter, esp an application letter, we must put a little bit more effort on it if we look for the maximum result.

I love Singlish too, anyway :)

_/\_ Yea... That's right... We should be using correct grammar for written english. I agree with u... When it comes to conversation, we can use singlish which sounds much relaxing. I love the intonation of singlish.... Very much suitable for me as a chinese....  :D :P ;)

Yea... Singlish sounds like hokkien translated to english too....   ^-^  :)) :))

Singlish is Singaporean English.... But, because Singaporean speaks mandarin too. Mostly they will simply translate Mandarin to English... That's why it's called Singlish. ;D

I like the ways Singlish, esp.its intonation and it sounds funny most of the time...  :))
