Finance AR

Job Description:

* Ensure all invoices have completed by tax invoices and supporting document needed
* Ensure that invoices submission has agree as time limit in invoice submission KPI
* Lead an AR staff in gather and filling supporting documents
* Ensure that supporting documents have completed and meet with customers requirements
* To prepare journal entries, inventory reconciliation and sales report reconciliation
* Controlling AR Aging.


Job Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable University
* Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
* Having good knowledge in accounting and familiar with Indonesian Tax Regulation
* Strong and effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
* High accuracy, excellent administration skills, initiative, self-discipline, and result oriented
* Computer literate, preferably familiar with SAP.
