Telor Puyuh makanan paling berbahaya?

Pas dinner, ada menu mpek2 yg dalamnya ada telor puyuh... bbrp rekan bilang Telor Puyuh mempunyai kolesterol paling tinggi, bahkan lebih tinggi dibanding cumi / seafood... sy kurang percaya dan searching di internet. Ketemu tabel ini (yg menunjang pendapat teman sy tsb). Namun bbrp tabel lain menyajikan data yg agak berbeda...

Terlihat pada tabel yg disajikan GH Singapore, telur puyuh mempunyai peringkat paling 'terlarang', namun di tabel yg sy copas dari http://www.dietaryfiberfood.com/cholesterol-high-avoid.php, telur tidak terlalu berbahaya dibanding daging dan variasinya...

Rekan2 ada yg bisa bantu menjelaskan?

bro spec2 diatas kan utk 10g,

jadi yg benar... berapa gram kita makan PER SERVING ?

boleh dikatakan kalau telur ayam 7 kali lebih besar dari sebutir telur puyuh...

nah biasanya sih kalaupun gw makan, paling2 2 telur puyuh gitu....
sedangkan telur ayam biasanya satu..........


jadi apakah bahaya kalau sewaktu makan kita hanya makan 1 butir telur puyuh ?

apakah otak babi + tepung kemudian dijemur/keringkan dan digoreng...
jumlah korestelornya akan berkurang atau gimana ya ?

Sejak tau kolesterolnya lbh tinggu, jadinya agak nge-rem utk makan telur puyuh dech..

Kalau intake cholesterol 300mg/day, berarti max makan 4 telur. Tapi lebih bagus jangan beli makanan telur puyuh, 1 telur = 1 nyawa ;D

semuanya kali yg putih+ kuning :P kekna nilai putih tuh -1500 jd di tambah yg kuning 2000 = 500 :P

Maksudnya Telur rebus barangkali demikian itu, soalnya orang sana/luar sering makan telur rebus yang setengah mateng pake garam atau merica.
