Bagusnya coba melihat dulu, istilahnya ehipassiko daripada menduga2x... Soalnya sy termaksud gemar main game jadi cukup mengikuti mesin2x game terbaru... Teknologi ps3 semua menggunakan blueray, dan memang terbukti dari graphic dan sound sangat bagus dan sangat berbeda dengan teknologi lama ps2.

We're actually a bit surprised by the results here, so we checked over these a few times. It seems that the PS3 Slim's Blu-ray player is actually a tiny bit slower than our 60GB PS3 classic from 2006, albeit not by much. As you can see from the chart, the time between inserting the disc (listening for that last little "click" sound) and having it register in the menu was pretty much the same ten seconds each time, but once you click on the disc and actually launch into the movie, the time it takes to get to a non-loading screen was seconds quicker on the classic. Not a drastic difference, but after so many years to improve the BD technology, you think they'd bother to add something with a little more pep here, and certainly not deliver something with less.

jadi kembali ke diskusi, apakah PS3 slim menggunakan BD?

jawab : IYA, semua PS3 menggunakan teknologi BD...... sony adalah produsen yang teguh, kalau udah menggunakan 1 standar, dia akan pake, atau tinggalkan

kenapa PS3 slim lebih lambat dalam mengakses?

ada beberapa hal yg bisa menjadi bottleneck misal :

- hanya disebutkan teknologi CELL... CELL adalah kumpulan dari beberapa prosesor yg digabung jadi 1... bisa saja pada versi terdahulu menggunakan 8 prosesor namun pada versi slim hanya 6 prosesor

- harddisk yg hanya disebutkan 2.5 SATA... .tanpa menyebutkan berapa rpm.....


kira2 itu yang bisa saya lihat...... silahkan lanjutkan diskusi

Pengalaman langsung perbandingan antara Ps3 fat dan ps3 slim.. Game Metal Gear Solid, pada saat loading chapter ps3 fat membutuhkan waktu loading 20 menit sedangkan ps3 slim hanya 3 menit.

Install game pada awal main, resident evil membutuhkan waktu 30 menit (ps3 fat) , 10 menit (ps3 slim) . Metal gear solid ( 1 jam ), 10 menit ( ps3 slim ).

Silahkan mencoba di rental ps3 or di mangdu untuk membuktikan... Ps3 slim process loadingnya lebih cepat daripada ps3 fat sebelumnya.
