Doa Pelimpahan Jasa (Hidup)
« on: 01 March 2013, 10:22:11 AM »
Pagi Semua  :)

Mohon pencerahanannya... _/\_

setahu saya pelimpahan jasa biasanya

kayanya skenario sis enlightened_heart
lebih mirip ke arah metta bhavana deg.
setahu saya kalau metta bhavana (meditasi cinta kasih)

caranya, kadang2 saya denger metta chanting
terus diikut baca bahasa pali dan terjemahannya
sekalian menghayati dalam hati.

Metta is a Pali word meaning loving-kindness. Metta chanting is the radiation of loving-kindness towards all beings: May they all be happy and peaceful. Imee Ooi chants the Pali beautifully. Metta chanting is soothing, uplifting, joyful and a great healing for the world - pervading it with waves of love. Truly, may all beings be happy. May they live always in peace and harmony.

kadang2 sehabis medatasi,
diakhiri metta bhavana selama beberapa saat
mengvisualisasi kebahagiaan untuk diri sendiri, keluarga, teman, lingkungan sekitar, negara, bumi, alam semesta ;D. pokoknya merasakan metta dalam diri sendiri dan berbagi untuk semua mahkluk lain. seperti kalimat "semoga semua mahkluk berbahagia"

Terima kasih atas jawabannya sis bluppy  _/\_
