Three Colors which represents three emotion.
I = Red = Love(Maitri), J = Blue = Compassion(Karuna), K = Yellow = Joy(Mudita).
(I,J,K) = Equanimity (Upeksha)
Red = Loving kindness (Maitri)
The first aspect of true love is maitri, the intention and capacity to offer joy and happiness. To develop that capacity, we have to practice looking and listening deeply so that we know what to do and what not to do to make others happy. If you offer your beloved something she does not need, that is not maitri. You have to see if what you offer might bring her happiness. Without understanding, your love is not true. You must look deeply in order to see and understand the needs, aspirations and suffering of the one you love. We all have the seeds of love in us. We can develop this wonderful source of energy, nurturing the unconditional love that does not expect anything in return. When we understand someone deeply, even someone who has done us harm, we still can love him or her.
Blue = Compassion (Karuna)
The second aspect of true love is karuna, the intention and capacity to relive and transform suffering and lighten sorrow. To develop compassion in ourselves, we need to practice mindful breathing, deep listening and deep looking. Compassion contains deep concern. You know the other person is suffering, so you sit close to her. You look and listen deeply to be able to touch her pain. You are in deep communication, deep communion with her, and that alone brings some relief. One compassionate word, action or thought can reduce another person’s suffering and bring him joy. One word can give comfort and confidence, destroy doubt, help someone avoid a mistake, reconcile a conflict, or open the door to liberation. One action can save a person’s life or help him take advantage of a rare opportunity. One thought can do the same, because thoughts always lead to words and actions. With compassion in our heart, every thought, word and deed can bring about a miracle. We need to be aware of the suffering, but retain out clarity, calmness and strength so we can help transform the situation.
Yellow = Joy (Mudita)
The third element of true love is mudita, or joy. True joy always brings joy to ourselves and to the one we love. If our love does not bring joy to both of us, it is not true love. Commentators explain that happiness relates to both body and mind, whereas joy relates primarily to mind. Someone travelling in the desert sees a stream of cool water and experiences joy. On drinking the water, he experiences happiness. The Pali word ‘ Ditthadhamma sukhaviham’ means ‘ dwelling happily in the present moment ‘, We don’t rush to the future; we know that everything is here in the present moment. Many small things can bring us tremendous joy, such as the awareness that we have eyes in good condition. We just have to open our eyes and we can see the blue sky, the violet flowers, the children, the trees, and so many other kinds of forms and colors. Dwelling in mindfulness, we can touch these wondrous and refreshing things, and our mind of joy arises naturally. Joy contains happiness and happiness contains joy.
Equanimity (Upeksha) = (I,J,K)
The fourth element of true love is upeksha, which means equanimity, non-attachment, non-discrimination, even-mindedness, or letting go. If your love has attachment, discrimination, prejudice or clinging in it, it is not true love.
People who do not understand Buddhism sometimes think upeksha means indifference, but true equanimity is neither cold nor indifference. If you have more than one child, they are all your children. Upeksha does not mean that you don’t love. You love in a way that all your children receive your love, without discrimination.
Upeksha has the mark called ‘samatajnana’, which means ‘the wisdom of equality’, the ability to see everyone as equal, not discrimination between ourselves and others. In a conflict even though we are deeply concerned, we remain impartial, able to love and understand both sides. We shed all discrimination and prejudice, remove all boundaries between ourselves and others.
Without upeksha, your love may become possessive. They rob their loved one of his liberty, until he can no longer be himself. They live to satisfy themselves and use their loved one to help to fulfill that. That is not loving, it is destroying. You say you love him, but if you do not understand his aspirations, his needs, his difficulties, he is in a prison called love. True love allows you to preserve your freedom and the freedom of your beloved. That is upeksha.
Karmic Force Ratio
Probability of birth = probability of death x Karmic force ratio. At the moment of death, probability of birth = Karmic force ratio. At the moment of birth, probability of death = 1/Karmic force ratio. Higher Karmic force ratio will have higher probability of birth and lower probability of death. Lower Karmic force ratio will have lower probability of birth and higher probability of death.
Probability of birth / Probability of death = Good Karma / Bad Karma = Karmic Force Ratio
AQ = Meditate on principle is suffering
CQ = Meditate on manifestation is illusive
IQ = Meditate on phenomenon is impermanent
EQ = Meditate on character is emptiness
SQ = Meditate on faith is selfless
AQ = We must enlighten that adversity Dharmas are suffering of principle, no exception for all the life beings to go through suffering, so we must transform our never ending passion to the social value of loving kindness to benefit all the life beings attached or non-attached to us, or we called it compassion. Suffering is caused by turning of rebirth wheel. Layman is practicing 5 precepts.
CQ = We must enlighten that manifestation Dharmas are illusive, we must not be illusion with the imagination. Anagami is practicing 12 Dependent Origination. 12 Dependent Origination explain the manifestation of human is caused by ignorance, so manifestation is illusive. We will cease to pursue for endless mystical manifestation of arts whereby we consider as most wondrous, most magnificent and most miraculous.
IQ = We must enlighten that phenomenal Dharmas are impermanent of phenomenon because it is determined mutually by oneself and others, demands and offers of both cannot be fulfilled perfectly, so it is impermanent. Arahant is practicing 4 Noble Truths. 4 Noble Truths explain the phenomenon of the Universe is impermanent. We are suffering because we are accumulating the 5 external values, power, status, wealth, fame and sex, They are turning the Rebirth Wheel that is cause for all sufferings. Discard accumulation will liberate the suffering. 4 Noble Truths explain extinction of sufferings are directed by Noble Eight Fold Paths. We must compare our material living standard downward with patients, handicaps, beggars, refugees and our spiritual exploration upward with Buddha, and Muhammad, we will live in contentment when we compare ourselves with them like that. Suffering, accumulation, extinction and path are the phenomenal cause and effect turning in the Universe. If we enlighten accumulation of power, status, wealth, fame and sex will bring sufferings, discard accumulation will liberate the suffering.
EQ = We must enlighten that all constitutional Dharmas are emptiness of character, we can choose to memorize the real and delete the illusion, so we must not be stubborn with what we have experienced when we use the constitutional eye. We must expand our love, affection and dedication and extract our hatred, delusion and greed. Hatred, delusion and greed are all stubbornness. Bodhisattva is practicing 6 paramitas, offering, precepts, endurance, effort, concentration, insight. Offering can resolve stingy, precepts can resolve offence, endurance can resolve anger, effort can resolve laziness, concentration can resolve confusion and insight can resolve delusion. Perseverance can transform hatred into love, tolerance can transform delusion into affection, patience can transform greed into dedication and endurance can transform stubbornness into equanimity.
SQ = We must enlighten that all faithful Dharmas are selfless of faith, everyone must be considerate of others, sharing and regarding, caring and concerning, tendering and offering, compounding and forgiving and accepting and encouraging to our family, race, society, national and international. We must sacrifice our power, status, wealth, fame, sex and even our life to save as many people as possible. Buddha is practicing ultimate enlightenment or Absolute Bodhicitta and Missionary Meditation. Noble Eight Fold Paths is directing to ultimate enlightenment.
4 intermediate states of existence in human life.
1- Ordinary intermediate state of present life.
2-Suffering intermediate state of passing away.
3-Illuminating intermediate state of constitutional faith.
4-Karmic intermediate state of reincarnation.
We must master the flow between the t(max)/t(min) changes from 1 to 2, from 2 to 3 and from 3 to 4, so that we can master the intermediate state of our emotion.
0 =Heavenly Father Luminosity ( Nirvana Luminosity )
(I,J,K) ( i – 1 ) ( 1 – i ) = Mother Luminosity ( Ground Luminosity ).
[ (I,J,K) ( i – 1 ) ( 1 – i ) ]^2 = Child Luminosity ( Path Luminosity ).
We must aware of the constant, continuous and consistent flow of Heavenly Father Luminosity, Mother Luminosity and Child Luminosity, wisdom, love, knowledge and information so that we are always in the Great Perfection Status. The moment we are died or born is the moment when the Heavenly Father Luminosity, Mother Luminosity and Child Luminosity combine and coincide, Nibbana can be achieved during the intermediate state of rebirth.
