Momofuku Ando (Japanese: 安藤 百福 Hepburn: Andō Momofuku?), ORS, (March 5, 1910 – January 5, 2007) was a Taiwanese-Japanese businessman who founded Nissin Food Products Co., Ltd. He is known as one of the inventors of instant noodles, instant ramen, and Cup Noodles.

Koka Instant Non-Fried Noodles, Spicy Black Pepper Flavour Singapore
Mi-nya berukuran sedang, warna kuning pucat, al dente alias kenyal. Ayam kampung kukusnya bergaya pek cam ke (ayam kukus beraroma jahe dan bawang putih) – gurih banget! Pangsitnya berkulit tipis. My kind of dumplings! Di sini juga tersedia misua ayam/babi, tahu baso, siomay, dan baso goreng.

So first off the veggies rehydrated quite nicely. Also, there are bits of seafood in there – real ones! Apparently its pollack, but also there is nondairy creamer in it! Weird… The noodles are great, the broth is great, everything is great!

The Ando Momofuku Instant Ramen Museum takes you back to where it all began (in the 1950’s as it works out), firstly through the almost scary Instant Ramen Timeline Tunnel (pictured above), then in intricate detail in halls of ramen videos, interactive learning experiences and static displays. It’s quirky enough in its homage to the inventor of the instant noodle (Mr Ando himself) to give you a giggle, and serious enough that it’s actually an interesting place to visit.

The strong bite of the heat and the crisp citrus flavors actually resemble authentic Tom Yum. The noodles are thin, and a very different texture from any others on the list. The creaminess is not of dairy but a cream-like color from boiling shrimp.

This one is called Miteri and it comes from Nepal. The makers of this product mentioned that coriander is a good garnish for all of their varieties.. I went to the store looking for the stuff and found coriander powder so tried that on the review before last. Then I had a thought to look on Google for coriander as the powder just didn’t seem right. Well guess what? Coriander is known here in the US as cilantro. Needless to say, I went and got some and will use it today! As it turns out, miteri means friend in Nepalese

yg putih = rice noodle, abu2 = soba, kuning=egg, hijao=sayur
RICE NOODLES Rice sticks come in several sizes, in flat and round extrusions. Packaging for flat noodles is usually marked, rather like clothing, from S (small) through to XL. The small size looks like Italian linguine. The small sizes are merely soaked in hot or warm water; larger sizes should be boiled. Rice sticks labeled "rice vermicelli" are boiled, too, usually about 3 to 5 minutes. Their use varies, from hot to cold applications. MUNG BEAN NOODLES Also known as "glass" or "cellophane" noodles, these swell up and turn transparent when soaked. "They're fabulous for soaking up flavors," Nguyen says. They're used most often in deep-fried rolls. EGG NOODLES Fresh is usually better than dried. Look for fresh versions in refrigerator sections of Asian markets. Used in soups, stir fries and salads. WHEAT, SOBA AND OTHER NOODLES All should be boiled. Wheat noodles generally hold their shape better than rice noodles under refrigeration. Some interesting noodles to look for include Korean Yam Noodles, made of sweet potato starch. They are boiled and turn a dark brown when cooked.

Love noodles? Love Youkai Watch? We’re guessing that there are plenty of people out there who would answer yes to both of those questions. It then shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise if someone decided to combine the two in a tasty-looking original creation.
Well, that’s exactly what Twitter user [at] takusan_neru did with the unique bowl of noodles in this picture she shared. And just what makes the noodles so special? Well, as you can see, the bowl is filled with … smiling Jibanyan faces!

(http://t0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcRH3rwWoxyEecg6VkPC7s8VK2bJXWIK2BcdgUYbyfOaEa092t1b) RAMEN Ramen (/ˈrɑːmən/) (ラーメン rāmen?, IPA: [ɽäꜜːmeɴ]) is a Japanese noodle soup dish. It consists of Chinese-style wheat noodles served in a meat- or (occasionally) fish-based broth, often flavored with soy sauce or miso, and uses toppings such as sliced pork (チャーシュー chāshū?), dried seaweed (海苔 nori?), kamaboko, and green onions. Nearly every region in Japan has its own variation of ramen, from the tonkotsu (pork bone broth) ramen of Kyushu to the miso ramen of Hokkaido.
