Title: Spiritual vs Religous ?

What's the difference between Spiritual and Religious ?

for example, I saw some statement like:
"I like to hang out with spiritual person, not religious person"
"India is a very spiritual place"

just notice a minute ago that "spiritual" contain 2 word : spirit, ritual
waiting for comments  ;D

spiritual= yang berbau gaib2 gt, bertapa, dsb
religious = yang berbau hubungan vertikal anatara manusia dgn tuhan

spiritual there 2 from, one spirituality= inner path enabling person to discover the essence of his/her being. other spiritualism =a religion monotheistic.

below is my free interpretation, not based on any dictionary:
religious ==> related to a religion where religion is a belief system based on doctrine written in sacred book(s), doing certain standard ritual.
spiritual ==> doesn't based on certain religion

spiritual = lebih fokus pada cara untuk mencapai kebahagian pada kehidupan ini. biasanya orang tsb mencari kebahagian tsb dalam dirinya sendiri dan pada kehidupan ini juga(manusia)..
religious = lebih berfokus untuk mencapai kebahagiaan pada kehidupan selanjutnya(surga), dengan kepercayaan kepada makhluk adikuasa. mengharap kebahagiaan dari sesuatu yang berada di luar dirinya...
ini hanya teori saya loh, jangan dianggap benar/mutlak..

Spiritual = Spirit and Ritual
( They Believe on something and do some Ritual but still doesn't ve any name on it )
( Sometimes Spiritual People doesn't ve any Religion, But They Believe Something for some people they called Agnostic )
Religious / Religion = It's a Spiritual That ve Label on it, It's Contains Spirit,Ritual and Label / Name
( They Believe on something, and they do a ritual and they put a name on it )
( But sometimes a person with religion doesn't ve any spirit on their life, so they just do a ritual but know nothing )

Perbedaan berdasarkan kalimat di #1:
Religious => paham dan patuh aturan agama.
Spiritual => spirit'nya tenang
