Preferable graduate from University or Academy.
Age between 21-18 years old.
Nice personality and eager to work hard.
Speaks English, handling incoming and outgoing call and phone messages
Ability handling with people.
Ability to do paper work ( typing, filing etc).
Check staff absence daily and make summary every week and month.
Assist other Secretariate/Gen. Admin work.
Having 2 years experiences would be an advantange.
General Adminstration Staff
Graduate for University/Academy, if graduate from Law university or IT would be an advantage.
Age between 23-30 years old.
Have 3 years experience in almost the same field.
Nice personality, eager to learn and work hard.
Scope of work :
Handling Gen. Admin work.
Filing and other paper work.
Handling legal document and insurance claim.
Personnel data
Dealing and complaint to supplier.
Asset maintenance.
Junior IT
Graduate for University of Informatika (IT Graduate).
Age betwewn 22-28 years old.
Experience and know how to handling both LAN system and wireless for 2 years or more.
Ability to operate and implement some major softwares.
